Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the items ordered.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Multiple Packages
Some items may ship separately from different fulfillment partners. If this occurs, your order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed. Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, our support team will gladly help where possible.
